The Gospel of the Covenant vs. Hellenized So-called “Gospels”
“Whoever puts his trust in Me, as the Scripture [Older Testament] says, rivers of living water will flow from his inmost being!” By this He meant the Spirit, whom those who trusted in Him were later to receive.” (John 7:38,39a)
When you hear the word “gospel”, what does it mean to you? In other words, if you consider yourself a Christian, can you articulate the gospel you embraced?
Do you know the Gospel which thefirst followers of Jesus embraced? Is it the Gospel you embraced?
Do you know that the foundations to the true Gospel are found in the Older Testament as Jesus refers to in John 7:38?
